The Ripple Effect

We know the power of a single drop of water. 

Every drop causes movement. Every drop expands outward. 

In just a few days from now, our 2026 Malawi Trip will be gathered together to start their journey. 18 people will be making both a group and an individual impact by engaging with communities, learning about the country and culture, and celebrating clean, accessible water. While in Malawi, these travelers will be working like drops of water, spreading a wave of compassion, connection, and awareness from single actions. In everything we do, there is a ripple – and we never know how far it may reach. 

Throughout the duration of the trip, our friend Tricia Bayer will be posting updates and information on social media regarding what is happening each day of the trip. Ethan Kapelka, our website developer and newsletter coordinator, will also be sharing updates through those platforms. In their ripple effects, Tricia and Ethan’s posts may create waves that reach all kinds of people, from those close to the cause already to those who may be the next generation of change. It’s not just these 18 people who can cause the ripple effect. You can join us on our trip to Malawi by following along and sharing stories about the clean water mission, effectively creating your own ripple. 

Everyone has their own wave. Everyone has their own way to make a wave. If you’re following along with our trip and want to do more, think – what’s the next size wave? How do I create that?
